Terms of Sale (ToS) – IterLinks (SaaS)

These Terms of Sale (ToS) govern the relationship between IterLinks (hereinafter "the Provider") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Client") using the IterLinks platform, a European service for monitoring, contextual analysis and real-time alerts based on public and social sources.

IterLinks is a SaaS platform enabling:

– mention detection on public sources, open web and social networks

– AI contextual and sentiment analysis

– weak signal scoring

– alert generation

– access to a dashboard and exports

Access requires:

– account creation

– acceptance of ToS, Terms of Use and legal policies

– an active subscription

Credentials are personal and confidential.

The Client confirms their order after:

1) choosing the subscription

2) cart validation

3) ToS acceptance

4) payment

The Provider may refuse an order in case of incomplete or doubtful information.

Any IterLinks subscription is taken out for **30 days**.

It is **automatically renewed** for the same duration.

The Client can disable this renewal at any time from their personal space.

Termination takes effect **only at the end of the current period**, without pro-rata refund.

Prices are indicated in euros excluding tax.

Any price modification will be notified 30 days before application.

Payment is made via a secure provider (e.g., Stripe).

An automatic charge occurs every 30 days.

According to Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services accessible immediately.

By accessing the service, the Client expressly waives this right.

IterLinks processes data in accordance with GDPR.

The Privacy Policy details the processing performed.

IterLinks does not guarantee:

– completeness of public data retrieved

– continuous availability without interruption

– absolute reliability of AI analysis, provided as decision support

No indirect damage can be attributed to the Provider.

Amicable attempt mandatory before legal action.

Competent jurisdiction: in accordance with European law.
