Terms of Use (ToU) – IterLinks

1. Object
These ToU govern the use of the IterLinks platform.
2. Acceptance
Use of the service implies full acceptance of the ToU.
3. Access
The user must have:
– an active account
– a valid subscription
IterLinks may suspend an account in case of non-compliance with the rules.
4. Authorized use
It is prohibited to:
– attempt to circumvent technical protections
– scrape or reuse IterLinks content for competitive purposes
– harm service stability
5. Intellectual property
The code, AI models, contextual analysis, dashboards and visuals are the exclusive property of IterLinks.
6. User content
The Client is responsible for content they introduce or analyze via the platform.
7. Availability
IterLinks implements reasonable means to ensure service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
8. Suspension / Termination
IterLinks may suspend an account in case of:
– fraud
– abusive use
– security risk
– non-payment
9. Limitation of liability
IterLinks provides decision support, not a guarantee of results.
AI analyses are probabilistic and cannot be considered as automated decisions engaging IterLinks' liability.
10. Applicable law
European Union law + national law of the registered office.
